Mobile Video Walkthrough

Here is the mobile layout for our Classic Football Shirts rebrand. I simplified the layout of the website to stop decision paralysis that a consumer may have. Having a streamlined website means that the user will feel more engaged and navigate the website much easier.  “When users land on a website, they want clarity and ease of use. A cluttered design with too many elements competing for attention can overwhelm visitors, causing them to leave before engaging with your content.” (Figure 1) This is why for both desktop and mobile, I focused on a simple website that feels familiar to other competitors, and this was easy due to my extensive research (for example the website pros and cons list and the competitor research I gathered for the last assignment).

Desktop Layout

Desktop Video Walkthrough

Here is my desktop version of the website layout. It is the same as the mobile version which builds brand identity and keeps them cohesive. Regarding feedback, I focused on building these websites based on the information from the marketing team, for example, keeping it simple and focusing on key elements e.g. our murals. Finally, I also utilised feedback from my CRIT presentation that I did in front of my peers, and they advised I focus on the brand identity and keep the green colour palette and main elements, which I did.

SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN

TikTok Videos

I created some TikTok’s. These focused on a ‘giveaway’ hosted by Classic Football Shirts. This is an effective campaign because it engages a much wider audience that wants to win a shirt. Also, the giveaway campaign follows the brand identity and clearly works to engage audiences (this is supported by the research on trends and data that the marketing team did). Also, competition/giveaway is a great way to get recognition for the brand and garner excitement for the World Cup.

Instagram posts

Here are our finalised designs for Instagram posts. All these designs reflect ongoing trends as well as the current campaigns for Adidas and Nike for the World Cup.

MOTION CONTENT

Moving Website Design

I made this video for the mobile and desktop website. This video is engaging and plays automatically when scrolling on the website, allowing users to see a famous World Cup legend and shirt for sale. This is effective as I used the video editing skills I learnt from my other assignment. This is a very strong asset however; it may be more effective if I instead made it a play button rather than playing automatically. This is due to environmental reasons as a video that will autoplay is much less sustainable, and this should be something that I would consider if I continued refining the website.

MURALS

Here are the four murals me and Leah created for our website and billboards. Each of these murals emphasise the brand identity and are very effective in targeting our audience. They focus on popular players, teams and the world cup and this was inspired by the research the marketing team provided us with. Regarding feedback, the client Ash was very impressed with the idea of murals and was very interested process of this design. Overall, the client thought our murals were very effective in marketing the campaign effectively.

PHYSICAL CAMPAIGN OUTPUTS

Instagram Mockups

These Instagram mock-ups are useful to give an example on how our posts would look on a real Instagram. These billboards are effective and engaging. Each include the logo for Classic football shirts which continues to build their brand and gain new customers. We also focused on accessibility, making each poster readable and inclusive.

Billboards and Bus Shelter Mockups

These billboards are effective and engaging. Each include the logo for Classic football shirts which continues to build their brand and gain new customers. We also focused on accessibility, making each poster readable and inclusive.

Packaging Proposals

Finally, we created this example packaging of a keyring that could be sold from the Classic Football Shirts shop to promote the world cup. These are small but clear in their branding and reference the world cup easily.
